1. Applicability
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the website between Roho Airdeco SL (hereinafter "Roho Airdeco" or the "seller") and any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession (hereinafter the "customer"; together the "parties").
By ticking the box accepting these terms and conditions and the privacy policy when placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. The version published on the website at the time the order is placed applies to that order. Roho Airdeco may update these terms and conditions for future orders.
If one or more clauses are held to be invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
These terms and conditions are drafted in English. Translations shown on the website are provided for convenience.
2. Customer
To make a purchase on the website, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
The customer must ensure that the data provided for the purchase and delivery are correct. Roho Airdeco is not responsible if an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect data provided by the customer.
Roho Airdeco may cancel an order if these conditions are not met. Any amount already paid will be refunded.
3. Order and conclusion of the contract
The customer selects the products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before completing the order, the customer enters their personal and shipping details, chooses a shipping and payment method and accepts these terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Before payment, the customer can review the order, the final price including taxes and shipping costs, and correct any input errors.
By clicking the "Pay now" button, the customer places a binding order with an obligation to pay.
After the order has been placed, the customer receives an order confirmation by email at the address provided. The contract is concluded with this confirmation.
4. Products
The products offered are those presented on the website at the time of the order. Roho Airdeco describes its products as accurately as possible. As our candles, sprays and diffusers are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape or appearance may occur. Photographs are for illustration purposes.
Roho Airdeco fulfils orders while stocks last.
5. Unavailability of products
If a product ordered is temporarily or permanently unavailable, Roho Airdeco will inform the customer by email. The customer may then modify or cancel the order. If the delivery period is exceeded by more than ten (10) business days (except in cases of force majeure), the customer may also cancel the order by email to info@rohomallorca.com.
In case of cancellation, any payment already made will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of the order using the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe); other payment methods are processed by the respective payment provider shown at checkout. Roho Airdeco does not have access to the customer's full card details and does not store them.
If a payment is rejected or not executed, Roho Airdeco may suspend or cancel the order.
7. Prices
The prices applicable to an order are those shown on the website at the time the order is placed. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Promotions and discount codes apply only if the respective conditions are met.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. They are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, which are borne by the customer.
8. Shipping costs and delivery
The following shipping costs and delivery times apply:
- Spain: €4.95 – free shipping on orders from €50. Delivery time: 24–48 hours.
- European Union: €8.50 – free shipping on orders from €50. Delivery time: 2–4 working days.
- Switzerland: €19.95 – free shipping on orders from €150. Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
- United Kingdom: from €11.00 to €38.00, depending on weight.
- Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Serbia: from €27.00 to €67.00, depending on weight.
Delivery times start once payment has been received. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer, generally with external carriers such as UPS or DPD.
If delivery fails because the customer unjustifiably refuses the parcel or because of an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to Roho Airdeco. After receiving it, Roho Airdeco will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days, less any additional costs caused by the failed delivery.
9. Transfer of risk and ownership
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. Ownership passes to the customer upon full payment.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery without giving any reason. Roho Airdeco voluntarily extends this period to thirty (30) days from delivery.
To withdraw, the customer must inform Roho Airdeco by a clear statement, e.g. by email to info@rohomallorca.com, and return the goods within fourteen (14) days of this notice. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Roho Airdeco will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or proof of return shipment has been provided.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example, if a candle has been lit). Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

11. Legal guarantee
All products sold on the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). The guarantee period is three (3) years from delivery. If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within two (2) years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
In case of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge or, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. To make use of the guarantee, please contact us at info@rohomallorca.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the defect.
The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the safety and usage instructions, accidents, negligence or modifications of the products by the customer, nor the normal consumption of the products (e.g. the burning of a candle).
12. Privacy
Roho Airdeco processes the personal data required to process orders in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. Please read our Privacy Policy, which also contains information about cookies.
13. Force majeure
Roho Airdeco is not liable for any total or partial failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure, such as strikes, problems with customs authorities, natural disasters, the insolvency of third parties, the non-delivery or late delivery of goods by external suppliers, or new trade restrictions or regulations.
14. Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. If the customer is a consumer with habitual residence in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain applicable.
The parties will try to resolve any disagreement amicably. Please contact us first at info@rohomallorca.com. Otherwise, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters; consumers may in any case bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
Roho Airdeco is currently not adhered to any consumer arbitration system or alternative dispute resolution body.
